O.k., O.k. so I know I'm just too excited but, I already have some apps and space on my home screen for them! C'mon Apple. Release it already. It's about quarter after midnight (I thought it might be released then!) and I'm still waiting. Looks like it's gonna be a looong night! _________________ Automotive Digital Marketing

I bet it will be available at 8:00am in the morning or shortly thereafter. Basically the same time as the iPhone 3G goes on sale. I don't think they will "officially" release it before that. I would just take a sleeping pill and go to bed.
I'll be heading out to an AT&T store at around 6:00am. Wish me luck! |

Good Luck you brave soul! I'll be waiting a few weeks before I venture into an Apple or AT&T store! _________________ Automotive Digital Marketing

mmmmm
Looks like it will be 16:00 in the UK before the v2.00 software becomes available.
Looks like iLibertx has it under control for a rapid firmware fix for those of us that are locked by employment into a telco. _________________ MacMini Intel * 2x20" InteliMacs * 2xMBPs 13" * 1TB TC * 8GB iPhone * 16GB iPhone 3G * 30GB iPod Video * 2GB Nano (NetPlayers /Sounbridges /Win7 / 4TB NasLite / 4TB FreeNAS / 4 TB Thecus 4100+/ 4 TB DAS) |

There's also an iPod touch update out there on Pirate Bay. Search for "iPod1,1_2.0_5A345_Restore.ipsw". I'm going to wait for the real deal though. I was planning on getting an iPhone today, but I woke up really sick this morning. I have the chills with a 102 temperature. |

New firmware is great, Phonesaber is fun and so too is the iPint app. I've also got the facebook app which makes using facebook on the iPhone more iPhone friendly. Also If you hold down the home button and press the power button, flash it takes a screen shot. _________________ Current: 20" iMac 2.4GHZ 2GB RAM 500GB HDD 10.6 using a 1TB Time Capsule, 2.4GHZ Macbook and 2G 16GB iPhone.

That's because there are only two people in Cornwall who know what an iPhone is

Kewl! Does it just save the pic in Photos under a new folder or something? |

It sticks it in your Camera Roll, you can also take a screen shot of a screen shot!
Also you can delete multiple emails from Mail. Contact layout is much better too. _________________ Current: 20" iMac 2.4GHZ 2GB RAM 500GB HDD 10.6 using a 1TB Time Capsule, 2.4GHZ Macbook and 2G 16GB iPhone.

Yeah, that's cool! I really like the AOL radio app. I just wish it would keep playing in the background when you're looking around at other stuff. |
