If I put in security setting on an Airport Express will they be saved to NV Flash or will I have to redo the setting every time? Wince next year I could easily be in a tech class at school and I can type a lot faster than I can write I could most likely swing it with the superintendent to have my IEP changed to allow me to have a "portable electronic educational aid device" in my case a notebook (laptop is such an improper term considering how hot most get). My school doesn't have wi-fi outside of the library since only one computer has wi-fi and that's used by the head librarian/IT personal (which is a MacBook Pro). _________________ "You must control your future by taking command of your present, and fixing and learning from your past."

All the Airport base stations (as well as any router I've ever used) save their settings internally with some non volatile memory space, so your settings won't disappear if it's unplugged. _________________ MacBook Pro 1.83GHz Core Duo, 2GB RAM, 250GB HD, Dell 802.11n card, 1.4TB external

Good then it may be possible to use it if all of the classes have an open RJ-45 and NEMA 5-15 power plug. _________________ "You must control your future by taking command of your present, and fixing and learning from your past."
