A search turned up nothing. I'm curious to see if anyone here has Apple TV and Time Capsule working together wireless. I'll also need a third device (Mac/PC) to run iTunes, right?
In theory, I should be able to store my iTunes library on Time Capsule (wireless mount?) and using iTunes on the third device, sync my media with Apple TV. |

I'm pretty sure this would work. As long as your iTunes running PC or Mac has all the files on Time Machine added to iTunes then you should be fine. You will have to change the default iTunes folder so it doesn't copy everything to your local hard drive. _________________ MacBook 1.83Ghz C2D, 2GB Ram, 160GB 7200rpm HDD, OS X 10.6.5

Hi Rudiger.
This will work fine, you will need to store the iTunes music folder on the Time Capsule and leave the other folders (Album Artwork, iTunes Library, iTunes Music Library.xml) in the music folder on your Mac.
You will also need to change the directory in the advanced section of the iTunes preferences to show the new storage location.
There is a nice walkthrough here: http://www.tuaw.com/2006/09/19/how-to-keep-your-itunes-library-on-an-external-hard-drive/
I use this option with an external drive
Hope this helps? _________________ 20" iMac Intel Core Duo
