All, I have not had a good experience with apple and the new quicktime 7 pro. Twice I have purchased it online and neither times did I receive a key to activate my OSx qt7pro. Both times apple quickly refunded my money ( within 2 days) but there never provided a solution as to why the purchase is successful but a key is not generated. A phone call to qt support and they advised me to send an email ??? or try again.
has anyone else upgraded to quicktime 7pro? If so how did you do it.
I have almost given up

You can always do it the "easiest way"  I mean... You can use the password provided in the serialbox. You can try it.. you know... given that you´ve already paid I think its ok for you to use some serial...
