I have an old G3 iMac with 10gb hdd. I have a legit copy of iLife 6 and tried to install it on the iMac, but it wont, it says it needs 10gb to install, I only have 7.9gb spare.
I only really want iPhoto on there, is there a way I can install just iPhoto alone?

Allan

When you run the iLife installer, after you select the drive that you want to install iLife onto and you get the size alert, click on the Customize button and uncheck all apps that you don't want to install. If it's only iPhoto that you want, uncheck all. I just tried it with my copy of iLife '06.

What you'll need to do then, is download Pacifist: http://www.charlessoft.com/

once you install that, you can extract the files for iPhoto from the iLife disk and install them. You'll probably see multiple files for iPhoto, just be sure to drag them into the correct folders, library, applications, etc.
