I'm using "Sharing" to share my DSL connection that I have hard connected to the Mini. I'm using the Airport built into the Mini to share my built in Ethernet connection with my ThinkPad via WiFi radio built in on the ThinkPad. Most of the time it works pretty well, but yesterday I was having problems with the ThinkPad being very slow. What should my settings be on the Mac Mini to optimize the connection between the Mini and the ThinkPad? Should I select a specific channel or leave it set to automatic? I have the ThinkPad right next to the Mini and I'm thinking this might be too close and the signal is too hot?

| I would try changing the channel to 10 or 11 from automatic. You might just be experiencing some type of interference. |
