You will get mixed reviews.
Some love it and think it is great value, others think it is a total waste of money.
I used it for 2 months and only cared for the quick photo posting to a .Mac webpage out of iPhoto. However, the templates are very restricting.
Download it and you will surely know after 2 months if you will spend $99 bucks. |

.Mac has some great tools and there are a lot of people that swear by it. I started using it when it was free and it was called iTools. I used it all the time and the ability to back up files to the idisk is great! Is it worth $99? Not for me it isn't! When Apple started charging for the .Mac service many people jumped ship and went looking for a alternative! What a lot of us found was SpyMac. Some of the free features are an online disk space. 1gb email, personal website space, and a free personal blog. SpyMac Club is now offering a whole slew of online features that rival if not blow .Mac away. For only $25 a year you get more than 9 GB of personal online storage, including a 3 GB e-mail account, 3 GB multimedia gallery storage, and 3 GB for file sharing and for publishing your homepage.
Keep Address Book contacts up-to-date between an unlimited amount of Macs and share your Safari bookmarks with Spymac Sync. These are just a few of the features. I have been with SpyMac since September, 2002 and it has kept growing and getting better. This is worth a look if you don't like the .Mac pricetag. _________________ 13' Macbook 2.0ghz C2D w/2gb RAM and 120gb HD
