| I have noticed a few external drives for the mini, Newertech's ministack, one made by lacie, and acomdata's mini Pal. I have been looking at eh newertech one because you can put your own drive in it for $99. Does anyone have one that they recommend? I would like one to match the mini as closely as possible, and by the picture that newertech has, it looks like its lighter shade of silver than the mini. |

I too liked the idea that I could use an existing drive of my choice for $99.
I also appreciate the integrated hub (nice).
My miniStack is maybe an ever so slightly different shade but not apparent unless you sit down and look at both units together under a magnifying glass. Don't work off of pictures because pictures and lighting can be deceiving.
Now that I've given you that advice, here are some pictures:

The link didn't work for me the first time I tried it. It resolved to a local loopback address, 127.0.0.1...
I tried copying the link and pasting it into a broswer window, and it worked after that. No idea why it did that the first time. |
