For anyone looking for an old version of a Mac app, perhaps to be used on an earlier version of OS X or on OS 8 or 9, I've found a site that might be of some use: http://mac.oldapps.com/ _________________ Intel Mini 2.0GHz C2D (4GB/120GB/SuperDrive/10.5.8 ), 120GB WD Passport, Logitech ergo k/b

'Pure Mac' is a great site. There's always an app there that's new to me.
The UMich site has been around for AGES, as the dates for the creation of the sub-directories will testify. I remember using FTP to access their archives, way back when I were a lad...
You know, these websites (together with Open Source Mac & Mac Update) should be listed in a sticky that stays at the top of the pile in the 'General Software' forum. Maybe I should suggest this to the moderator? _________________ Intel Mini 2.0GHz C2D (4GB/120GB/SuperDrive/10.5.8 ), 120GB WD Passport, Logitech ergo k/b

Oldapps.com came to my rescue. I'd 'upgraded' to Google Earth ver. 4.3 and discovered that the bored kids at Google had 'improved' the user controls in the top-right of the screen; it was now impossible to work out what they were for or how they worked. Great work guys....
Thankfully, Oldapps.com had a copy of 4.2 for download, and common sense has been restored to my Mac. _________________ Intel Mini 2.0GHz C2D (4GB/120GB/SuperDrive/10.5.8 ), 120GB WD Passport, Logitech ergo k/b
