I wasn't too terribly interested at first, but I think I might have to change my mind. It looks like the 3rd Gen Nano supports the Nike+ kit and also supports the camera backup dongle. That plus the addition of playing videos & games may make it worth upgrading from my old 1st gen Nano.

Too bad there's no 16 gig model.

I wasn't either, but they are really starting to grow on me. I might buy the 4GB model and use it until they bump the iPhone up to 16GB.

I'm very pleased so far. The only knocks I can give it are that 8GB is not much storage for a video device.

Yeah, but the little guy has as much as the Touch or iPhone. And it doesn't lose as much with the OS. Wink

I'll probably go for the iPod touch or the iPhone if / when they reach 32-GB.

I have the new 8GB nano in silver. I can't believe how clear and bright the screen is for its size. I just need to start my search for a case or skin with a screen protector. Any suggestions?

I have. Smile

I just wondered what people here may be looking at. Right now, I'm leaning towards something like the iClear from Griffin.
