I used to illegally pirate a lot of my music and steal my parents' CDs, but now most of it comes from the iTunes Store (unless my parents with their infinite CD collection have it).
I have got a few CDs of my own, which I imported though (most importantly, Radiohead - The Bends, as they don't sell on iTunes and I couldn't face pirating from such an awesome band).
Oh and I have the free version of In Rainbows _________________ Visit www.TheBigApples.net for Apple news and podcasts. |

99% buy the CD
1% other methods...
Can't get Apple iTunes in Thailand, and my connection is too slow to torrent. But there are a lot of other methods...

Isn't Thailand the country where copyright law simply isn't recognised? Or did I dream that? (It wouldn't be the first time.... ) _________________ Intel Mini 2.0GHz C2D (4GB/120GB/SuperDrive/10.5.8 ), 120GB WD Passport, Logitech ergo k/b

What you remember Johnny, is that Thailand is one of the major retail outlets of pirated software, and because of its huge contribution to the economy, littleis done about it. It is sold overtly through shops, on markets, and even by respected computer brand dealers.
There are even cracked copies of my own stuff amongst it _________________ Mac+, SE30, Classic, 4400 (metal), 603, LC475, iMac bondi (3), iBk orange. In use: iBk 'ice' G3/500, PB12" G4, Mini C2D 1.83, MacBkPro 13", WiFi hub, 1 mouse & 1 keyb thru Teleport, 3 Acer 19", 1 Acer 23" |

At present I buy and rip but I'm looking into music services. Having the CD though is the ultimate back up. _________________ "You cannot run out of time. There is infinite time. You are finite. Zathras is finite."
