Apple Releases AirPort Base Station Update 2007-002

Apple has released AirPort Base Station Update 2007-002 via Mac OS X's Software Update utility and on the Web. According to the company, this update includes general fixes and compatibility updates for the following applications: AirPort Utility, AirPort Disk Utility and AirPort Base Station Agent. AirPort Utility v5.2.1 for Mac OS X 10.4.x or later software supports the AirPort Extreme Base Station with 802.11n, AirPort Extreme Base Station and AirPort Express Base Station. The download weighs in at 7.7MB.

I can't comment on this here update, but I might be able to next time. I'm way more interested in the 802.11n base station now that it has Gigabit Ethernet. Now, can we get some retailers to start discounting it?  |

| If you can get retailers to start discounting it, let me know. I'll jump on board eventhough I dont have any N cards in the house. Just gives me a jump on a router w/ USB drive abilities. Linksys has something similar but same price, so why not make everything Apple? |
