In favor, I'm sorry, but I simply think that there are some individuals that are just a threat to all others. Some may be reformed in prison, but for those that don't, it's cheaper for tax payers to eliminate them from society.
...I know, sounds really mean, o well, we should all try and be the best possible global citizens. |

No, it's not mean at all,it's just common sense.I can assure you that not one person on this forum would be against capital punishment if they had a child that was murdered by some animal.  |

I'm for it. While I'm completely positive that it doesn't act as a deterrent to capital crimes, I feel that those that commit these crimes need to be removed, and I don't want to have to have my tax dollars wasted on their incarceration.
However, I also believe that one should be determined to be guilty with out any doubt, and any and all tests that can verify guilt must be applied.

I agree, and The death Pen should be way easier to hand out aswell.

i like the Warning Label idea too ( Minus Offencive music labels ) I think the Label always looks kewl on those.
People are getting way to soft these days. we are becoming a society ruled by the Female,, and this is causing a downfall in our conviction to trade an aye for an eye.. This is causing the further downfall to our ex masculin society. We are no longer a people that are willing and or able to do what is right, and what is just. This will be our demise. this will be our misfortunate destiny.

For it! In fact we don't use it often enough. Actually there should be some automatic with no appeal such as if you take the life of a First Responder while you are committing a 1st degree felony. That's it, lights out. You get a hearing just to establish how, when and where you will die. I might also include child molestation if the child is younger than 12. Over 12 they go to general population for life or as long as they can last. Now let me tell you how I really feel about this topic.
