|
|
A while ago, I downloaded some free audiobook chapters as .wma files. iTunes wouldn't play them until I had converted them into .aiff files. Today I wanted to copy them to my Shuffle, but it will have nothing to do with either .wma or .aiff files.
Does anyone know of an easy and low cost (free?) way to convert these to mp3s or another format that the iPod will play? |

Why not convert the AIFF files within iTunes itself? Just load the AIFFs in to iTunes, right/control click the track, and choose Convert to AAC (or Convert to MP3, depending on your Import settings). It saves you from having to use 3rd party software, and something non-Intel native. _________________ MacBook Pro 1.83GHz Core Duo, 2GB RAM, 250GB HD, Dell 802.11n card, 1.4TB external

In all honesty, ClunkClunk, I didn't know that iTunes could do that!
If I had known, then I wouldn't have needed to insert the track, album and author details for each mp3 file by hand...
