OK, when I get my Mini tomorrow, I am faced with the decision of using the plain old boring ugly mouse I have, along with the extra keyboard....or I could get the beautiful Apple mouse. Anyway, I am pretty sure I will get the Apple keyboard but I would hate to not have the option to right click. Apple, if you're listening, if you don't want to mess with the asthetics of the Apple mouse, why not just have it where you can just push down with pressure on the right side to add a right click? Decisions, decisions. Wink

So was this a question? Very Happy

I would recommend using a two button mouse. If you only surf the web and check email, one button would work, but for ANYTHING more than that, you'd need two. I'm talking about copying a picture off of a website (2-buttons or KB combo) and stuff like that. I'm sure that anyone here would get annoyed very quickly with not having two buttons. Also, if you play any games at all you'd definitely want two buttons.

I got both the mouse and the keyboard, but switched back to my IntelliMouse Explorer as soon as I figured out that I could right-click and scroll on the mini (after downloading the special Mac driver from Microsoft's site).

I LOVE the Apple keyboard. Smile

Well, it was supposed to be. I guess I was just hoping someone would say, " get the Apple Mouse cause it's so beautiful and shiny". I like to blame all of my compulsive buying on someone else!! Wink No right clicketh sure sucketh!! Sad

yeah, i borrowed an apple mouse and keyboard from a buddy, hated the mouse (loved the look, hated no right click) but loved the keyboard

i now use a logitech optical wheel mouse and the apple keyboard and find it to be a perfect combo Smile

Actually, there have been rumors about a 2-button Apple mouse for quite a while. It'd be good to see them make one, even if it isn't the default for new products, it'd be a BTO option.

Anyways, someone here was talking about an Apple reseller they know selling the Apple KBM set for dirt cheap. I can't seem to find the link though. Hopefully that person will see this and respond accordingly.

Maybe if we start a rumor that one is coming out? Just jiving, I wonder how hard it is to take the Apple Mouse apart. Some goood Jerry Rigging might work! Wink

They are REALLY nice. The wireless model is even better if you have Bluetooth.

I use my mini for Itunes, web and email mainly so I went for the wireless apple mouse as it looked cool!

At work I do far more and not sure how i would cope using the one button apple mouse....

Depends what you are using it for but for my needs I am more than happy!
