It would be cool if you could access the Apple TV interface remotely from your Mac. The other way around would be cool too. I would take another Leopard delay for those features. I kid, I kid about the delay part. _________________ 1.25GHz Mac Mini / 1.8GHz iMac G5 / 2.0GHz C2D Mac mini (2009)

Imagine this...
You're in a hotel room in California, traveling on business. And you feel like watching an obscure movie you have at home on your AppleTV.
With this software, and a slingbox, anything you have on your AppleTV (or on your home cable tv channels) you can watch, no matter where you are, as long as you have an internet connection.
It could mean potentially having access to your entire DVD collection from anywhere on the planet with an internet connection.
Nice for those who travel. |

| I would love to give the Slingbox AV or Pro a try. I'm just a little worried about my spotty DSL service. My up speeds aren't the greatest. |

| Anyone running a Slingbox with the new Mac client yet? I am so thinking about getting one now. Haven't heard any reviews yet. Its about time they realeased this. Looks like a good (looking) UI, or is it the same as on the Windows side? |

I have a slingbox a/v and downloaded the new mac client- but what I didn't realize is that the slingbox has to be connected to your router- otherwise it will not stream content to your mac/pc. So, I'll probably have to get a powerline ethernet adapter or something- The distance from my mac mini to my router is too great. _________________ 1.83Ghz Mac Mini
