| No trouble here. The restart was a little long though. |

Same here - it did the double restart thing but then everything was great from there.

The first restart of the double is really long, so don't be alarmed. Everything appears to be working properly. I feel much safer now. |

Double the file size = double the restarts!
All joking aside, this was a rather comprehensive security update. _________________ 1.42GHz Mac mini

No problems with my G5 iMac or G4 Mac mini. The update was pretty fast on the G4 mini. Time to go back to work! _________________ 1.25GHz Mac Mini / 1.8GHz iMac G5 / 2.0GHz C2D Mac mini (2009)

Based on my results, Intel Macs have the double restart that some have referred to (my MacBook and Intel Mini did) but PowerPC Macs don't (my Power Mac G5 didn't.) No problems on any of them.

Well I have an Intel and got the double, so you're all good on my count, Doug. _________________ If A is success in life, then A equals x plus y plus z. Work is x; y is play; and z is keeping your mouth shut. |

Seems to work well on the 1.33 Powerbook...
Now it's high time for a Core2Duo Mini! _________________ ___________________Jim©

G4 here - no double restart, but NO wireless network now either! It's not seeing a network at all.
XP machine is seeing the network just fine and my Mini has never had a problem...
Can I wind it back to pre-update somehow??? |
