Apple Releases Airport Extreme Update 2007-002

hey fuente I had the same issues. I just hardwired the mini to my router to get back online. I will try changing from WPA to WEP to see if that helps, but I have 3 other computers on this network, they are still all connected but the mini seems to want to disconnect and I have a real time getting it back online. It all started right after the lastest software update.

There are many 3rd party routers having issues with WPA and sometimes WEP encryption with the Airport 2007-002 update.

I am not going to go thru all the details and specs here an now, but there is a definite issue that is extremely well documented here that I encourage anyone concerned or interested in checking out.

At the time of posting there have been over 5800 views and 135 comments to this forum specifically on the connectivity or lack there of with the latest update (2007-002)

The only solution to date is lower or remove security (WPA/WEP), connect with Ethernet or replace/add a new router that is compatible with the update (but the complete compatible list has not been made yet).
