Hello, I have a Viewsonic VG2030wm with a native resolution of 1680x1050 @ 60 Hz. The problem is that whenever i turn off my mini or put it down to sleep, and then turn it on or wake it up, the screen resolution is set at 1600x1200 and there is no 1680x1050 option at the screen section. If I press "detect screens" I get a gray screen, and then i have to push the power button and when it wakes up again, the correct resolution (most of the time) is selected. I am using a vga cable for the moment. Is there some .inf like in windows, or an xorg.conf file I can edit by hand like in linux?
Thank you very much. |

| I would try trashing the /Library/Preferences/com.apple.windowserver.plist file. |

| I replaced the vga cable with a DVI cable, and now it works fine. |
