MPEG Streamclip should be your ticket. Looks a little complicated as well and the description page is badly organized, but this seems to be what people use. _________________ Computer Engineer

MPEG-2 is what DVDs use to compress their content. Basically, downloading this extra software component, there's a link on the site, allows you to play back DVDs or other MPEG-2 content using Quicktime. _________________ Computer Engineer
