A newbie question for a great forum.
My 800 mhz G4 17" iMac Snowball 10.2.8 suits me just fine except:::
I'd like 10.4 for GoogleEarth and iMovie '05 for HD and widescreen editing.
Would a Mini plug in easily so that I could have OS and iMovie update,
faster speed and more storage.
All comments/advice welcome, ( as long as they are kind. )
Thank you,
Geezer |

You can upgrade iMovie and Mac OS X without buying a new Mac, but you cannot connect a Mac Mini to an iMac. You could use the Mini as a HDD but that is just pointless. _________________ www.TheRandomOne.co.uk - General random discussion

Doesnt the iMac Snowball have a G3 processor in it?

Yes this would be pointless, buying a $600 computer for a hard drive. The only option you really have is buying a really inexpensive monitor. Like 7031 said, there is no way you can connect a Mac mini to an iMac. |
