Apple is going to make 50 percent gross on the iPhone. They also are getting a like a $100 dollar kick back from Cingular. I'm beginning to think they could have done better on the price.

As beautiful as this device is, I can honestly say that I do not require that kind of power. My Moto V3 is hanging in well, just about one year into it's tenure, and my iPod Nano I wouldn't give up for the world, unless of course the 6G iPod makes an appearance. Do that and I'm sold.

Personally, I don't need WiFi, edge, email, web browsing, and phone service to drive me nuts wherever I happen to be. I do not have that bad a web craving that I can't wait to get home to use the Internet. I think integration is astonishing, as it would have taken someone at least three or four devices to get the same functionality 7 years ago as you get with an iPhone. But, for me, I'm perfectly fine with a separate phone and iPod.
