Wednesday, January 3, 2007
Posted by: Glenn
Apple has introduced a new promotion for Final Cut Express HD, its movie editing application for prosumers. Customers who purchase any Mac computer and Final Cut Express HD from January 1 to March 27, 2007 can receive an instant savings of up to $200, or $200 rebate by mail. According to the company, "Final Cut Express HD gives you everything you need to edit professional-quality HD or DV movies. And since every Mac comes loaded with iLife, you'll also be able to create blogs, podcasts and Web sites to share your movies. Hurry, your audience is waiting." The promotion is good at Apple's online store, Apple's retail stores and through authorized Apple resellers. The promotion is also running in the UK.

| Well, the software is certainly ready. Now, where are the low-cost (>1000$CAD) H.264 hard drive or flash-based camcorders? |
