| I have yet to get my mac mini, but i always play around with my friends mac. I was wondering if i should use AdiumX or iChat when i get my mac mini. my friend says that AdiumX is extremely buggy, but he hasnt used it in a while. Are most bugs gone now? or is he just exagerating, bc i see alot of people using AdiumX. thanks |

My sister swears by AdiumX. I don't really chat much, but I use AdiumX when I do. _________________ Computer Engineer

AdiumX really has too many features to list that iChat doesn't.
List:
Layout
Customization options
Checking away messages just by hovering
So many options
Multiprotocol client
Sorry about specifics, I just questioned my sis real quick about those. About the layout options though, you can really choose TONS of different ways to show your buddy list on the screen; it really is ridiculous. If for no other reason, one should get it just for that. _________________ Computer Engineer

| Audium also makes duck sounds for message/user events. It also has a sound scheme just like AIM. |

ADIUMX!!!!! I Absolutely love the duck sounds.... my friends always laugh when they hear it.. plus their website has a huge mods section for lots of cool little scripts or different icons... I've got one to show my currently playing iTunes song in my profile _________________ Computational Media Major Student @ Georgia Tech
