Iphone hacked!!!
It took only 72 hours after releasing the apple iphone to hack it not only are users able to use the iphone's operating system on a non apple device but technology experts say the iphone was so easy to hack do to security issues in the apple iphone which i will not mention here because we do not need a 600.00 paperweight now do we
Anyways dvd-jon has also posted a application that bypasses the at&t logon activation so you can use the iphone as a pda and all of the wireless and ipod functions work
kinda interresting.. |

I presume the OP is referring to this or another similar post derived from the same sources ... http://www.dailytech.com/iPhone+Hacked+Again+Full+Console+Access/article7974.htm
Refer to the quote down the page -- they can't change anything yet as they don't have access to Apples 1024 bit private key and to do the hack requires physical access to the phone and some soldering skills.
The iPhone as an ipod+wifi isn't really that clever either. You activate the iPhone with AT&T and then cancel. |

I'm surprised Apple didn't use something like 4096 bit. _________________ "You must control your future by taking command of your present, and fixing and learning from your past."
