They sound flat to me. I mostly like to play clean with a little reverb and presence. |

My baby got hurt at a gig over the weekend!
The picture looks kind of cool though! It was taken in a van on the way home.
The spot needs to be filled. The neck will then be relacquered and buffed. I hope it comes out good.

Growing up (and in college) I played low brass (euphonium, trombone, and tuba). I sold or gave away all my low brass instruments a few years ago. I DO still have a few trumpets that I goof around with from time to time.
I've always wanted to play guitar...but a combination of a lack of effort, extremely short and inflexible fingers, and wavering desire has held me back. _________________ -=iMav=-

There's nothing wrong with a little battle damage, it shows that you were trying! how did it happen? I play the guitar and sing in a band, at the moment I am playing my strat 'plus' the most. I have put a seymor duncan jb humbucker in the bridge position because the stock lace sensor did not distort very well. Until recently I was playing my ibanez (don't know the model no, it's just black!)
My pride and joy though is my Fender jazmaster limited edition, I picked it up cheap from a 2nd hand shop who had no idea that it was quite rare, neither did I at the time! I can't play it in my band though because it would just get destroyed, we tend to go all out when we play, so we need robust stuff! _________________ mac mini coreduo 1.66ghz. 1.25gb 60gb HD

It's not a very sexy story. My hands were all sweaty and it slipped while I was putting in a stand. It fell face first and hit a cable. The bass is a little top heavy, so that didn't help.
You have a nice collection of Fenders there. What style of music do you play? |

I was in the marching band (playing tuba), pep band (playing trombone), and a concert band (playing euphonium). Also sang in my college's all men choir (Varsity Bards).
Also did the drum and bugle thing in basic training and tech school (US Air Force). _________________ -=iMav=-

Yeah, that's the worst thing about gigs, the sweatiness is never attractive! The band we get compared to the most is Tool I guess, which I kinda get from a song structure point of view, but we are more energetic/aggressive and not so progressive and ambient.
How about you? _________________ mac mini coreduo 1.66ghz. 1.25gb 60gb HD

I got my baby back today! They did a real nice job on the neck. I cannot see the chip or filler. The lacquer on the back looks even better than it did from the factory.

Trumpet, tenor sax, tuba, drums and 3 blind mice on the recorder
Specialist in trumpet and drums though, the others I just muck around with _________________ Intel 2.4Ghz/4G Ram/1TB HDD/Server MacMini
