Well, I must say that Apple's replacement stuff is really good.

So here's the problems my iPod was having:
  • Would not start all of the time
  • Intermittent sad iPod
  • Videos would not play
  • Music did not always play

So I sent it to Apple, and 2 days later, it was returned! How's that for service? And yes, it is a new one.

Best Buy also has a really good replacement plan for in store, if your iPod won't work in store then they'll replace it with a product of equal or greater value.

the best replacement plan is the Circuit City one. its like 80 bucks but it covers it incase of ANYTHING. Best buy does not cover against drops, and such. I am planning to "Drop" mine when the new ones come out. then i will get a voucher, and one of the new ipods for 80 bucks Smile (purchase protection on new one)Wink
