I have QT 7 Pro. It's nice to have around, but a bit pricey for what it does.

Quciktime seems to do everything I need. For the things it doesn't do, I use VLC. My needs are pretty basic.

I think QuickTime Pro is well worth the money and handy to have around. Like the others, I've been upgrading since 5.

I haven't upgraded to QuickTime Pro, and I don't think I ever will. I use VLC as a substitute for QuickTime.

Every now and then you've got to spend a few bucks to get something, the upgrade is worth it.
