democracy on AppleTV?

I have discovered that my TV won't play very well with a mac mini, so I am now considering an aTV. But, I'd like to be able to watch shows automatically downloaded by Democracy. Is there a solution for this?

While there's no direct way to do this, an Applescript could- theoretically- be used to monitor the Democracy folder in your Movies folder and add content to your iTunes library when new media appears.

I'm not an Applescript guru, but this is probably not all that difficult to do. Ideally, the Democracy player people should add this as a feature. Something like a preference that says "copy to iTunes Library when downloaded" or something like that.

It can be done. You just need to put an alias of the Democracy folder (in movies) inside your iTunes music folder. Then add the folder (Command+O) to your iTunes Library. I'm sitting here watching Ask a Ninja.

Cool. I'm not yet into (personally speaking) Democracy, but it's kinda neat. Good to hear that you can do it easily.
