it's CS3, with iTunes, Camino, Azureus, Font Explorer X and Adium all running
second launch it bounces once |

Well i have CS1, it usually takes around ten bounces if i'm running something else.

I agree, launch it with nothing open. We need to set a level playing field

Makes me 'almost' with I had photoshop!
It does take 4 bounces for Tenebrau Quake though, and next to Paralles, that's about my biggest resource hog. |
