How much RAM do you have in your Mac mini?
I have 2GB of RAM in my 1.66GHz CD Mac mini. The two 1GB sticks are OWC-branded. _________________ Brian

My G4 mini is maxed at 1 gb, but I'm not sure I would put any more than that in an Intel mini. If I did, it would be either to speed up Rosetta apps like PowerPoint, or to allow Parallels to run decently. Anyone out there running Parallels in a mini with only 1 gb RAM? How does it do? _________________ Mini 1: 2.3 ghz Core i5; 8 gb RAM, Corsair 240gb SSD, 500 gb Seagate XT

768MB is a valid memory configuration, you may want to add that to the poll, plus that's what my Mini has _________________ MacBook Pro 1.83GHz Core Duo, 2GB RAM, 250GB HD, Dell 802.11n card, 1.4TB external

| I have 512, I hope to upgrade for when I really need it, I have no use in upgrading right now. Also, when the price of RAM decreases. |

I have 2Gb in my mini, recently upgraded from 1Gb. I ran Parallels w/ 1Gb and it worked fine. It runs better w/ 2Gb since I upped the ram allocation to Parallels. If you're on the fence about upgrading an Intel mini, do it. _________________ 2.5 GHZ i5 Mac Minu 8Gb Ram

Not to push you into anything, but right now, the price of RAM is very low, and it's unlikely to get lower. _________________ Mini 1: 2.3 ghz Core i5; 8 gb RAM, Corsair 240gb SSD, 500 gb Seagate XT

I purchased both my minis fully loaded with RAM from Apple.
When I do buy third-party RAM for installation by me, I have always used Kingston. Their RAM is in most of my Macs, and I have never had a single compatibility or performance issue.
