Right off the bat, I liked the orange shuffle.
There hasn't been an iPod in orange, but there has been an iMac and iBook, (the toilet seat iBook.) _________________ 2.5 GHZ i5 Mac Minu 8Gb Ram

Yep. If you are saying the clamshell iBook's were ugly, I agree. For the time, they were the most origional looking laptop, but now they are really wierd looking. |

orange has the widest range of emotional feeling behind it, subconsciously speaking
it is neither hot nor cool as far as the colour spectrum goes (red being cool, yellow being hot), and it is associated with both positive and negative conotations (sunsets, or Halloween) |
if you wouldnt mind, explain how red is cold and yellow is hot on the colour spectrum?
in my mind, red is hot and blue is cold. just because they are at oposite ends of the electromagnetic spectrum.
interested in this. |
yellow is opposite to blue, actually
so red is colder than yellow, and since orange sits in between the two, it is neither hot nor cold
granted, it's relative, but it's still in between both a hot and cold colour |

I still have no idea where you're getting red being a cool color.
Here's how I've always been taught it in color theory:
Warm colors:
Cool colors:

red is on the outside of the warm colours
it's cooler than yellow and orange, that's all i'm saying
anyway, it's not really important to anything, i still like the orange shuffle case |
