Poll question: How many iPods do you own?
I answered three.
I don't have the latest or greatest, but here are the models that I own:
- 512MB 1G (1st Generation) iPod shuffle "Larry"
- 4GB 1G (1st Generation) iPod nano "Moe"
- 15GB 3G (3rd Generation) iPod "Curly"

I answered 2, but my 3rd gen iPod has been dead for quite a while. Just the brand new shuffle is used now. _________________ Folding for a cure for Team Mac OS X, the number one Mac Folding team in the world! |

Just one 4th gen 40GB. I have used this unit more than any other gadget I have ever owned in my life. It gets appox. 80 hours of use per month.
I will likely buy a 6th gen model when it is released and give the 4th gen to my nephew. |

I actually have 6. Though 4 of them are broken. The current working ones are a new nano and an iPod video. The other iPods are 3rd and 4th gen units. One just needs a new face/controls, while another needs a new battery and the others have dead drives. _________________

I am down to two, a 5G 30GB video iPod and 1G 512MB shuffle.
There was a time not too long ago where I had four, but that was only because I was selling some and buying some new ones. _________________ MacBook Pro 1.83GHz Core Duo, 2GB RAM, 250GB HD, Dell 802.11n card, 1.4TB external

I now have 3.
Had my old 40GB 4G iPod. Got sick of using it for running as it was too bulky, so I bought an iPod Nano for running. My parents just bought me an 80GB 5G iPod for Christmas. Nice for the plane rides, and has better battery life than I expected. _________________ Computer Engineer

Let's see...
a first gen 5gb.
a 4g 20GB
2 nanos, 1 first gen, 1 2nd gen
2 5g with video 1 black and one white.
6 damn!!!
When I can afford to upgrade, I just give one away to friends or family so I have an excuse to upgrade! Except for the black video, it was stolen at work!
My main iPod is the white video one.
I still prefer minidisc though! |

I like minidisk too, but my player got spray powder in it and screwed up when I used to work in a factory a couple of years ago (I hated that job!)
Now I have a 30gb black video (1st gen)
and a 1gb old school shuffle (for running and stuff)
and I don't work in a factory anymore (woohoo!) _________________ mac mini coreduo 1.66ghz. 1.25gb 60gb HD

I have four:
iPod mini blue (first generation)
iPod mini blue (second generation)

iPod Shuffle (first generaton)
Got 2 for free from my friends. Soon to get a 4G 20GB for free from another one of my friends. They all are in great working condition, none broken. |
