I have front row on my imac with a divx plugin in if its not possible to do the same with apple tv I wont be interested in buying this product. I haven't read anything that says its possible yet so will have to wait till after its launch.
If its got a hard drive i'm hoping theres some sort of quicktime folder on the unit to drop files in. |

| I'm not positive, but I think you get all your data onto your Apple TV by iTunes 7. I'm sure there is a way to get QuickTime movies on there. If not, just put your QuickTime files into iTunes. |

This says it is for iTunes 6. Are you sure this would work for iTunes 7? |

| Only because it was written that long ago, I watched an avi in itunes before posting and its fine. It's not ideal, another file everytime but I could live with it untill a hack comes along. |

I think you might be able to stream DivX files to the Apple TV, but I doubt you will be able to play them directly off its hard drive. _________________ 1.42GHz Mac mini
