As much as I want one I just can't justify all that I would have to do to get one. First off would be to get out of my contract with Verizon which do to family members won't be up until May 08. Then there is the price. $500 buck for a phone! Just a little steep for me concidering a cell phone rarely if ever lasts me the full 2 years of the contract. Maybe by the time my contract is up the price will have come down some! _________________ 13' Macbook 2.0ghz C2D w/2gb RAM and 120gb HD

I'm undecided. Before, when it was first announced, I seemed sure of myself that I was going to get one. The biggest thing for me, is I would need a lot of power adapters. I'm one of those types who uses multiple batteries and often completely depletes an iPod's battery. I'm sure I could deal with it, but I'd rather have a user changeable battery.
If I do, it will be interesting, as I'll end up back with AT&T again. _________________

| I answered no. Not that I don't want one. It's all about the asking price. I just can't see spending $600 smackers on a phone with my income. But there is good news. I still have a few months to win the lottery. |

I said no because I just use a telephone to make calls that's it. If I want to go online I use my ibook at least the screen has a decent size and I can tape without getting frustrated.
It is just my opinion, to each his own. _________________ Mac Mini i5 2.5 GHZ, 16GB Ram.

Yes, but not when it first comes out. I'll probably buy one 6-12 months after it's released. _________________ 1.42GHz Mac mini

| I said yes, but this depends on if they come out with a 6G iPod. I don't really need a phone, but I do need an iPod, none of them can hold all my music. |

Absolutlely!!!! The day it's on the shelves. I can't wait to 86 Nextel and Verizon! (Yes I have 2 phones) I would be willing to buy just the one and get rid of the 2 I have. My son has Cingular and it works great in our area, better than either one of mine anyway.
Not to mention how cool the iPhone is!!!!!

I put undecided, but I probably won't. I just upgraded my Cingular phone, and can't afford to do it again so soon. Also, even though it is marketed to be a phone, I would most likely end up as my main iPod (replacing my almost 3.5 year old mini), and I need lots of hard drive/flash space for all my movies
But the design is awesome. Just cut out the phone capibilites (keep internet and wifi), and up the memory, and I would buy one in a flash. _________________ The direct use of force is such a poor solution to any problem, it is generally employed only by small children and large nations.
