I look at some of the member names and avatars on this site and find some of them very interesting. I think they say a lot about a persons character.
Did you design your own Avatar?
What does it represent?
What about your member name? |

I did not design my avatar. I stole it (I'm such a Bandit). I ride a Suzuki Bandit motorcycle and my name is Bill... therefore Bandit Bill.
I stole the Avatar from Dale Walkers Holeshot website. Dale Walker designs high performance parts for my motorcycle. I used to be on a Suzuki forum as Bandit Bill. It stuck. I'm not a cowboy from the Wild West
That's my story... let's hear yours.
Here's a pic of a Bandit

I use to rock the Scarface Avatar where Al Pacino was blasting his "little friend". I thought it might be a little menacing to folks so I found this guy with the fez hat on the net. It cracks me up for some reason.
But.... my name is Tony and I'm from Montana _________________ MacMini 2.0GHz C2D (2009)

I got shrunk my avatar from a video game case scan. It is to match my name. SOCOMRAIDER
I picked SOCOMRAIDER, because I was an avid SOCOM player at the time. And my name on SOCOM ended with RAIDER. Lets just say the beginning of the name is of a planet, but not suitable.... or should I say appropriate for the forum. _________________

| As you can see, I don't have an avatar. You would think it would be a picture of Aquaman from the comic books, but that's not really why I use the username. My wife calls me aquaman because I like to take pictures of lighthouses and stuff at the beach. |

My avatar,
<-----------------------------
is a picture of the rings my partner and I used in our commitment ceremony. The artwork is from the off-Broadway stage version of Hedwig and the Angry Inch, which he worked on.

I've seen your avatar many times, and I didn't know it was a ring. I thought it was a tribal mask or something. |

I once had the latest and greatest from Apple. Therefore, I used g5g5 and the G5 icon. Perhaps I should change it to a dinosaur now, because that's what us old PPC users are starting to feel like! _________________ 1.25GHz Mac Mini / 1.8GHz iMac G5 / 2.0GHz C2D Mac mini (2009)

Jamie your Avatar has always been a favorite of mine. What is a Picaman? I would have never guessed those were rings. Very cool and original.
Devo is another of my favorites. I wonder if he drew it or what. |

I recommend you put up one of your favorite pics. |

My username is just something I came up with a few years ago, and started using it more regularly a few months ago, when I got tired of some of my previous usernames.
I totally forgot to set an avatar! Fixed now - just the most annoying commercial I could find. Those of you in the US who watch TV are probably familiar with it. _________________ MacBook Pro 1.83GHz Core Duo, 2GB RAM, 250GB HD, Dell 802.11n card, 1.4TB external

Hah, or perhaps not! I honestly had never seen it until I was visiting my grandparents. I rarely see commercials because I have TiVo, and when I was visiting them, they have different television choices than I do, so perhaps it was just chance.
Either way, I found the commercial extremely strange, so I had to research it. This is it, if you're interested. _________________ MacBook Pro 1.83GHz Core Duo, 2GB RAM, 250GB HD, Dell 802.11n card, 1.4TB external
