|
|
I'm getting ready to order a Minimate, but was wondering....
I want to put my on the other side of the monitor and the firewire/USB cables provided may not (probably won't) reach my mini...
Is there any problem with using longer cables that you can purchase at Staples/Officemax, etc.)
I'm assuming it uses regular connections...
Thanks |

I have the miniMate 160GB model. You'll need a USB 2.0 cable with a standard A to standard B connector of you want to keep the 3 USB standard A ports open.
