Hi Guys ,
I'm new here, I'm really excited when I hear BootCamp is around. I' a programmer and I'm sick of using regular looking laptop;p. But I need Visual Studio VB.NET , oracle , etc. Can I run these softwares in BootCamp?
Thx my friend. |

After installing XP on a Intel Based MAC with BootCamp; your MAC becomes a MAC and PC. So when you boot normaly you have Mac OSX, and when you boot by pressing the option button you have a PC that you can install every software you want. ( And you can switch the boot option too, this means that the default OS of your Mac can be XP. )
But I installed XP on my CoreDuo MacMini and now I think that XP is useless when you have Mac OSX.
In your situation BootCamp is usefull, because when you need to write some codes you can boot from XP. _________________ noah07
