New to the Mac and forums,
I'm looking to buy a printer to go along with my new Mac mini. What brand of printers offers the best Mac support? Any suggestions or help would be most appreciated! |

| This really depends on what type of printing that you are looking to do and what price you are wanting to spend. I assume that you want an inkjet printer, maybe for photo printing? I just got a refurbished Epson R300 and I love it! The picture quality is great and it has some nice features like printing directly to printable CDs and DVDs and multi media card reader so you can print directly from a Compact Flash, SD card or any of the more popular media cards. I think the newest version of this printer is called the R320 it just has a few more features. Good luck! |

I've used HP inkjets and laser printers, Canons, Lexmarks and Epsons. All have pretty good OS X compatibility and should require no driver installation as they are built into 10.2-10.4.
I currently have a 5mp laserjet and a HP inkjet. Both work flawlessly and have very good drivers. |
