I'm a new switcher. Please be easy on me...
When I was on my PC, while looking at a website I can just right click and view source. An HTML page comes out so I can edit the text and save it as a page.
Now, when I control click on my Mac and view source, how come I can not edit the HTML page?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't edit many HTML files but you can use TextEdit or Textwrangler from Bare bones to edit your files and save as HTML.

One of the new features in Tiger
"Save TextEdit documents as HTML for use in websites and take advantage of support for strict compliance and style sheet formatting. "

Lucky8, which web browser were you using on your PC?

If you'd like to access a WYSIWYG HTML editor directly from your web browser, might I recommend the Mozilla suite which is a free download.

2nd the Mozilla (Netscape) suggestion. It has "Composer" a simple WYSIWYG html editor built in.

I wish Apple would come up with a simple WYSIWYG editor for its iWork suite.
