Right clicked my XP desktop and new choices appeared, one of them being intel graphics properties. It looks like under windows the GMA 950's full processing power is unleashed!

Interesting. So if you go to Windows on your Mini, there is no doubt if you are doing graphical intensive tasks, you should have 1GB at least with 2GB preferable. _________________

| This also indicates, as many expected, the gma950 is NOT crippled via hardware in the MM, but it's Apple/Intels pisspoor graphics driver for OS X that caps its use off at 64MB. |

This is very disappointing to me since the hardware is in place and up to the task. Other than Apple releasing a new driver, will there ever be a way to lift that cap? |

| If Im not very much mistaken on windows machines using this chipset you can manually choose whether you want to use 64meg, 128meg or 256 as the dedicated GPU memory. |
