What is the best way to connect a mini to a HDTV?

Thanks

DVI to DVI or DVI to HDMI. I wouldn't use S-Video unless it's the only spot you have open.

I have 2 RGB inputs which I'm using for the HDTV & DVD, I have a DVI and serveral S-Video open.

I'm thinking of using the Belkin 10 ft DVI Display Cable, is the right choice?

DVI DVI DVI...

You'll get a better image, and won't loose anything through a DVI-S-Video convertor.

Is all I'm gonna need is the Belkin cable (is there a better choice) or is there a converter or anything?

Thanks

as you can read from http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=303406-en

S-Video: S-Video separates the analog video signal into separate channels, providing better quality than Composite. S-Video is best used with a resolution of 800x600.

If you want to use higher resolutions as supported by the Mac Mini (Intel; early 2006), you will need PC-input (VGA/RGB) or even better DVI or HDMI supporting up to 1920 x 1080 pixels.

However, the best picture quality depends on the physical resolution of your display:

Check the resolution: Many televisions will display a variety of resolutions in the Display preference pane of System Preferences when the television is attached to the Mac mini (Early 2006). Select a resolution that is closest to the native resolution of the the television; typically 640x480 for a standard definition TV, 720x480 or 848x480 for an EDTV (Enhanced Definition Television), 1280x720 or 1366x768 for a 720P HDTV (720 Progressive Scan), and 1920x1080 for a 1080i HDTV (1080 Interlaced Scan)[/i]
