I have almost 500 GB of backed up Divx Movies and Shows, but when I try to access them through FrontRow, they take forever to load. Does anyone else have this problem? Is there a way to fix it?
I have 512MB Ram, so I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it. If it is, does anyone know how to increase my Virtual Ram?
I'm trying to make a great Home Entertainment System, but the lag is killing me! Sucks when friends want to see it and it takes forever to load! _________________ iMac Fans Unite

You did get the Intel (beta) codec for DivX right?
Assuming you just got a new Intel powered Mini of course. _________________ iMac 20" Intel Duo Core, 2G RAM, 250G HDD

You'll definitely need the DiVX decoder for Quicktime (Intel version) for Front Row to deal with these files. I installed the latest version and can easily access all of my DiVX movies via Front Row no problem. _________________ -Jh |

Don't keep all the movies in one big folder. Break them up into smaller folders. |
