I think the Mini (Solo core model) is a good indication of what the ibook will be technologically.
I myself am trying to get a new current model ibook when they announce the intel model...
Now its just a matter of when... _________________ 20" iMac G5 2.0 |

I think they will definitely offer Core Duo model iBooks. (and possibly lower-end Core Solo's like the Mini's) The main differences between the MacBook Pro's and the new iBook/MacBook's will be graphics and, possibly, CPU speed. (which is likely why they released even faster MBP's then orginally advertised) _________________ -=iMav=-

YOu have a good point. Need to be able to differentiate the 2 lines.
As for me, the current ibook will suit my needs. If i need more power, I have a G5 iMac to fit the bill...
But maybe Solo in 12", Dual in 14"? Although if they bring out a 13" model that messes up this g uess... lol _________________ 20" iMac G5 2.0 |

I believe they will eliminate the 12 and 14" models and offier a 13" (widescreen, most likely). _________________ -=iMav=-
