What do you guys think the Intel iBook will sport? 13" Widescreen would be nice. iSight of course. Maybe a little thinner. _________________ 12" iBook 1.33GHz G4 1.5GB RAM 40GB HD + iSight

I wonder why everyone is saying it will have a 13" widescreen? Are there other popular laptops out there with 13" widescreen displays? Most of the ones I see are 14" and 15.4". I think Apple will add the iSight and Front Row to the iBook. Another possibility would be to release a black model to match up with the iPod and nano. |

Many rumor sites say that they will drop the 12 and 14" models and replace them with a 13" model. _________________ -=iMav=-

I understand that. I didn't explain myself very well. Why 13" a widescreen? Don't you think 13" seems like an odd size? The SZ Series from Sony are the only other 13" widescreen laptops I've seen out there. Maybe this is a case of "Thinking Different", but I bet they end up going with a 14.1" widescreen and dump the 12". |

I'd bet on a slower core duo or slightly faster core solo, I think they should consolidate and have a 13" widescreen and drop the 12" and 14". It would be nice with front row and an infared remote. hopefully they will put isight in every notebook, the iMac and the cinema displays. _________________ Mac Mini, 1.25 Ghz, 40Gb, 512, combo drive. | I'd love to see something much smaller. Even a 10" is still too big. Something small, and ACTUALLY portable would be nice. Something like 5X7 or so. Something that has a nice display, and it doesn't really need that much muscle behind it. Make is like $500 or less. This way you can actually get mail, surf the web, AND bring the thing with you. A 13" is still just plain akward to lug around. |

I think you can expect a mirror of the new Mac Mini's in the iBook (minus the extra USB ports). _________________ -=iMav=-

I too think this is likely. Although I hope they put an isight camera in it. |

If they put in a iSight and Core Duo, I'll be amazed if they keep it sub $1,000. Unless they put a Solo in it and make it 512MB/40GB HD/intergrated graphics. _________________
