For those research or for those who have already set up your system, which tv do you think is the best overall - a good balance of performance/quality/features? _________________ iMac Fans Unite

Referring to a 32" LCD or 32" tube TV?
If LCD,
I would go with any TV that has the RGB(VGA/D-Sub15) ports, because if you are going to use this TV for HD material, you should leave open the DVI/HDMI for a Dish/DirecTV/Cable box. Unless you spring for a DVI/HDMI switch/selector or if you have a A/V receiver that has HDMI switching.
Of course you can just hook the mini into the DVI/HDMI and skip HDTV all together.
These two Samsung's are nice, the LN-R3228W and the LN-R329D
But overall picture I like the most is this Sony Bravia XBR. Sure it's expensive, but the picture quality is something else.
For my dream TV, I pick this Sony LCD projection _________________

I have the Sony Bravia KDL V32XBR1 and it is absolutely outstanding. Gave some big bucks but no regrets.
I had the Samsung LN R328W but had to return it because of problems with the sound. The picture was great. _________________ 1.42 GHz Mac Mini/ 1GBCrucial RAM/WiFi BT

I really like Sony XBR TV's. I just figure if I'm going to buy a TV and it's going to last quite a few years. Why not spend the extra money, you'll enjoy it more and longer. _________________
