I can't stop myself from buying Mac's. It's an illness (one that I do NOT want to be cured from!)

Not yet...but will before my 1 year warranty is up.

Dang it!! I was watching my order status intently today since my iMac was supposed to ship today. It never shipped, and then when I looked this morning, I saw these updated estimates:

If I wasn't dead set on getting the new Intel iMac, I'd seriously consider cancelling my order and going with a 20" G5 iMac. Ordering one for the base price of $1499 and added this ram would make for a VERY good deal.

So, my shipping date went from the original 6 Feb 2006 to 16 Feb 2006. But then, to my surprise, I wake up to find that my 20" iMac DC has shipped!!! (9 Feb 2006) My estimated delivery date is 14 Feb 2006...only a single day after my original estimated delivery date.

My 20" iMac (Intel CD) arrived yesterday. Setting it up right now. I'll see about getting some pics up later tonight.
BTW, DarwinPorts works just fine with the Intel's (as expected). Obviously you have to install from source as the binary package is not yet Universal.
Once I finish installing Photoshop, it's WoW time!
