Any rumors concerning the next update of the Mini? I think it has been a year and a half since the last update.

I wish they would release a 10 year anniversary edition of the Mac Mini (intel) since it was originally released in early 2006. My MacMini1,1 is still rocking strong to this day, ten years later, but it might be time to send it to pasture since there isn't too much modern stuff I can do with it, but it makes a nice file server/TM backup for my MacBook Air. Ok, so it's a clunky version of the Time Capsule, but it still works!

Hoping for a new Mac Mini in 2016!

Well something should be on it's way, 2012 then a 2014 refresh, so maybe it will happen and I hope that Apple takes to heart the outcries from users to return to making upgrades possible by users.

I upgraded to a 2012 (built in early 2014) and have enjoyed it immensely especially upgraded to an snd and 16 GB RAM. Best decision I ever made.

*And I am glad I kept the 2007 instead of retire it. It serves a valuable purpose downstairs with media (and the plus was that it has W7 on it as well.

I would wait at least until at least a week after the Apple WWDC which is next week.
