Gravity and The Wolf of WallStreet are next on my list. My latest was The Butler. The only good part about it was the performance of Forest Whitaker. The rest was boring as heck. It almost seemed like an old TV movie of the week.

I enjoyed both. As I mentioned, I'm not big on 3D but I'd recommend it for Gravity. Not so much for Wolf of Wall Street.

Just returned home from Captain America - The Winter Soldier.

I kept hearing about how it's the best Marvel movie yet. Yet, it's a story about Cap, who I find as boring as Superman. The thing that I thought would make it interesting would be to make it a character based story about how Steve Rogers is adapting to life in the modern world where everyone and everything he knows is long gone.

There are two(well more than two actually) plot twists, that are easy to see how they will play out. FFS they just about slap you in the face with a fish over one plot element.

Overall, I enjoyed it, but as a disclaimer I also like On Her Majesty's Secret Service because it has a bit more character development.

Finally, there are two bits at the end. One at the beginning of the credits, and one at the end of the credits.

Went to see the new Godzilla flick.

It should have been named EOD Guy.

Otherwise, it's not bad as a Godzilla movie. Trot out your poorly written military and a few very poor plot points, and hold out for some Kaiju on Kaiju action.

Also, if you wait for it, it will happen!

Overall, not bad, but some of the writing/plot coulda been better. And there could have been more of Godzilla!

Just got done watching The Monuments Men. The reviews aren't great, but I liked it. The great cast kept me interested.
