When I try to play Blu-ray movies on iMac, there always be many problems here waiting to be solved. So I need to find some good player software to make things easy.

I don't see where it says that Toast can play bluray discs at their site.

There are maybe two apps that play blurays that I know of. Or if you can figure out the streaming option in MakeMKV you can stream the bluray to VLC or something and watch it that way.

Other than streaming via MakeMKV, I think the are two applications and one is a spam app. The other is kinda rough from what I understand, but here's a link:

VLC does not support playback of commercial Blu-ray discs with copy protection. Those require decryption keys, which only a commercial player can provide like Macgo Mac Blu-ray Player.

By the way, Macgo was the original program and the one that works the best.
All the other look-alike programs you see on the market are copies of that, but that in no way has anything to do with the original www.macblurayplayer.net
